I spent my career in corporate, in loyalty, strategic partnerships, business development, and marketing. I was good at it, but if I’m honest, I never felt fulfilled. I kept waiting for the next role to be the one that finally felt like enough.
Along the way, I learned something I haven’t forgotten: I want the freedom to own my destiny, not have my livelihood or my sense of who I am depend on someone else’s decision.
What lights me up is connecting the dots. Every owner has different goals, different challenges, and often no one to think it through with. I love listening for what they really need, then connecting them to the right people, ideas, and support to get where they want to go. That’s what I’ve always done best: relationships, partnerships, and a real belief in people. TAB lets me do it for owners right here in Ontario, and the fulfillment and freedom I find along the way are exactly the point.
