For more than 25 years, across global professional services and banking, I helped some of the world’s largest organizations build the leaders and capabilities to grow. The part I loved most was helping the people behind the work get where they were trying to go.
That was my first mountain, and I’m grateful for every step. TAB is my second. Backing other people’s success has guided me all along, and now I get to do it full-time, alongside my partner, Hena.
